How to distinguish the quality of fire doors:
First, look at the nameplate. The name of the manufacturer on the nameplate of the fire door should be consistent with the product type approval certificate and inspection report. The name of the product should clearly indicate that it is a fire door product, and whether there is a large "S" identification mark on the fire door;
Second, touch the surface. The surface of the fire door should be flat and smooth without obvious dents or mechanical damage. The welding of steel fire doors should be firm and the welding points should be evenly distributed. There should be no false welding, burn-through, or missing welding. The seam should be tight and smooth. Plywood is not allowed to plan through the surface veneer.;
Third, explore the sandwich. Remove the "cat's eye" and reach into the hole to test the internal filling, and check whether the type of filling material and the corresponding parameters are consistent with the content in the type inspection report;
Fourth, check the door frame. The door frame of fire door shall be provided with fire sealing strips, and the sealing strips must be straight and without arching;
Fifth, weigh weight. Regular fire doors are heavier than ordinary steel doors;
Sixth, listen to the sound. Generally, when the fire door is knocked, no hollow sound can be heard.;
Seventh,find attachments.Fire doors should be equipped with fire locks, fire hinges, fire sequencers, fire plugs and other accessories.
